I'm a collector since childhood, and occasionally selling on e-rocks since its beginning in 2006. My time for self-collecting is very limited (and I wasn't that successful...), thus I'm always visiting the smaller shows nearby and of course St. Marie aux Mines and the Munich show looking for collection pieces and bargains. Due to my job, I do a lot of travelling within Germany, Austria and Switzerland which offers further opportunities for contacts and exchange with other collectors. My own collection consists of mostly aesthetic minerals worldwide with focus on quartz, gem minerals, gold and garnets - and the minerals of the Siebengebirge near Bonn, Germany where I live. Besides this, I have a passion for minerals with antique labels - they always have a story to tell.
