I was born in 1966, and for 20 years I’ve been a passionate and successful mineral collector. I have a special love for the quartz crystals from the green-schist in the Zederhaus Valley. Another passion is the fluorites from Weisseck Mountain. I worked on all the clefts on Weisseck and discovered some by myself. The summit cleft is described in Mineralogical Record’s, July 2010 issue. You can find exact reports about my finds on my homepage.
