Description

A fascinating specimen of bi-color vesuvianite crystals from the famous Jeffrey mine, Quebec, Canada. They have from a rich purple color to apple-green areas. The crystals are gemmy, with a strong glassy luster and are well shaped. For references see the 2013 issue of The Mineralogical Record vol. 44, # 4. In very good condition – some contacts. In a plastic box.
