Description

This is a so called sceleton quartz, usually - caused by the etching process - these crystals are always without matrix. This one is really a great exception! The etched faces show excelent luster while the crystal is water-clear inside. It is resting on a plate of snowy white calcite and combined with sharp, sparkling adularia crystals; minor chlorite is also present.
