Description

From my own collection, this is a nice fluorescent green microcrystals and crusts of pyromorphite and white anglesite epimorphs after cerussite crystals that are now dissolved in some areas, so the crusts are hollow underneath. Some formations however are true perimorphs, cause both minerals (cerussite & pyromorphite) are still present. The original species (galena) is still present, forming most of the sample. The galena crystals are strongly corroded, forming at first instance the cerussites, evolving lately the transformation to pyromorphite and anglesite after cerussite.

Acquired in 1982, it is an Ex Dr. Bob Janssens collection #767.
