Description

This mineral specimen comes from the German mine of Maubacher Bleiberg, today filled and unexploited. In it we see on a matrix of sandstone and conglomerates a mineral aggregate of ankerite that forms the basis for a series of cubic crystals of galena characteristic of the area and of chalcopyrite, which are found filling a hollow in the shape of a geode. A very interesting piece.
