Beautiful lustrous rounded aggregates of azurite blades that are richly interlocked to form a continuous carpet in some areas of the matrix. Excellent dark colour contrast on a white background.

Acquired in 1984 at the Tucson show by Gerard Vogel. The given locality is Phelps Dodge mine.
