Description

I am Fluorite collector and really got some knowledge about this mineral during the years. But I really never saw a piece in this size and quality from entire Greece - it is simply fantastic! The crystals are sea-green with a thin intense purple outer zoning, which reminds to a mosaic. With minor backlight you can see the internal green color between this mosaic of purple tiles. It is the contrast to green and purple which gives this great visual impact to the piece. And you can show it in a completely different way: if the light doesn´t go through the crystal - if it comes from the front - then the crystals appears in only deep purple color. The crystals are sharp termianted, the faces are on satiny luster and show a wonderful texture. The mian crystal is up to 83mm on edges - this is a fantastic dimension for Greece and in combination with the color and the quality of this piece it is an epic specimen for the locality and entire Greece.
