We ship all items via UK Royal Mail, First Class for UK addresses and International Airmail Small Package Service for overseas for packages up to 2Kg.

Scheduled Delivery time is next working day for UK Inland and 3-5 working days Airmail.

Shipping costs for the item shown are inclusive of packaging etc.

We will combine orders to reduce overall shipping cost.

If the item is fragile, radioactive or high in value, we will recommend we ship with Special Delivery, tracked and insured service. The costs for this can be quoted by contacting me via the link shown.

All our specimens are packed securely with at least double boxes and shock proof packaging.

Each item sent will have a label detailing the Specimen and its e-Rocks item code, we will also include previous labels if available or mentioned in the description.

All export parcels are clearly marked "mineral samples for scientfic study" - no copy invoice or packing list will be included with the shipment. We are not responsible for import or customs charges if these are subsequently raised.

Packages over 2Kg will sent via Parcel Force or International Parcel Force.

DHL or Federal Express can be quoted for items of exceptional, size, value or fragility.
